Προχθές παρακολούθησα μια εκπομπή μαγειρικής
της οποίας όλες τις συνταγές τις λάτρεψα!

ΦΡΟΥΤΟΠΙΤΑ από την Έστερ Σαρφάτι
ΥΛΙΚΑ
ΥΛΙΚΑ
- 2 μήλα
- 1 μπανάνα
- 40 γρ. σταφίδες
- 25 γρ. ζάχαρη μαύρη
- 75 ml νερό
- 2 κ.σ. χυμό λεμονιού
Για τη ζύμη:
- 100 γρ. αλεύρι
- 50 γρ. μαύρη ζάχαρη
- 75 γρ. μαργαρίνη Βιτάμ
- Κανέλα
ΕΚΤΕΛΕΣΗ
Ξεφλουδίζουμε τα μήλα, τα κόβουμε σε λεπτές φέτες και τα στρώνουμε στο ταψί.
Προσθέτουμε τη μπανάνα σε χοντρές φετούλες, τις σταφίδες, πσπαλίζουμε με καστανή ζάχαρη και περιχύνουμε με λίγο νερό και λίγο χυμό λεμονιού για να μη μαυρίσουν τα φρούτα.
Σε μπολ ανακατεύουμε το αλεύρι με τη ζάχαρη και το Βιτάμ με τα χέρια και σχηματίζουμε ακανόνιστα κομματάκια ζύμης (crumbles).
Αδειάζουμε τα κομματάκια ζύμης μαζί με το αλεύρι πάνω από τα φρούτα.
Πασπαλίζουμε με κανέλα και ψήνουμε για 35 λεπτά στους 180 βαθμούς σε προθερμασμένο φούρνο.
Σερβίρουμε περιχύνοντας με λίγη κρέμα γάλακτος.
Αν θέλουμε μπορούμε εκτός από μήλα και μπανάνα να χρησιμοποιήσουμε και αχλάδι, ή ροδάκινο με βατόμουρα και να κάνουμε συνδυασμούς.

ΥΛΙΚΑ
- 1 φραντζόλα ψωμί
- 5-6 φέτες μπέικον
- 1 φλ. τσένταρ
- 1/3 φλ. τριμμένη παρμεζάνα
- 8 αβγά
- 3 φλ. γάλα
- 1-2 κ.σ. μουστάρδα Maille originale
- ¼ κ.γ. ταμπάσκο
- Μαργαρίνη Culinesse για επάλειψη
- Αλάτι & πιπέρι
ΕΚΤΕΛΕΣΗ
Σε μπολ χτυπάμε τα αβγά με το γάλα και προσθέτουμε 2-3 σταγόνες ταμπάσκο, σύμφωνα με τα γούστα μας. Προσθέτουμε και τη μουστάρδα και ανακατεύουμε να ενσωματωθεί στο μείγμα.
Απλώνουμε το Culinese σε ένα μέτριο ταψί
Κόβουμε το ψωμί σε φέτες και τις απλώνουμε στον πάτο του ταψιού, καλύπτοντας όλο τον πάτο.
Πασπαλίζουμε τις φέτες ψωμιού με το τσένταρ και την παρμεζάνα
Στρώνουμε πάνω από το τυρί τις φέτες του μπέικον.
Περιχύνουμε με το μείγμα από αβγά, γάλα, μουστάρδα και ταμπάσκο.
Ιδανικά αφήνουμε το ταψί για μία ώρα μέχρι να αποροφήσει
το ψωμί το μείγμα. Ψήνουμε σε προθερμασμένο φούρνο στους 180 βαθμούς για 1 ώρα και ένα τέταρτο.

ΕΚΤΕΛΕΣΗ
Ανακατεύουμε μαζί όλα τα στερεά υλικά, αλεύρι, σιμιγδάλι, ζάχαρη, αλάτι, μπέικιν πάουντερ.
Σε άλλο μπολ, χτυπάμε τα αβγά και το γάλα και αργά τα περιχύνουμε στα στερεά υλικά. Όταν αναμιχθούν ρίνχουμε το μισό από τη λιωμένη μαργαρίνη, ανακατεύουμε μέχρι το μείγμα να γίνει λείο και το αφήνουμε για 10 λεπτά να σταθεί.
Πλένουμε τα βατόμουρα , τα στραγγίζουμε για να φύγει το πολύ νερό και τα ρίχνουμε μέσα στο μείγμα.
Ζεσταίνουμε το λάδι μαζί με την υπόλοιπη μαργαρίνη και σε μέτρια φωτιά ρίχνουμε με ένα κουτάλι της σούπας τη ζύμη για να κάνουμε συνολικά 8 μικρές τηγανίτες. Χρειάζεται περίπου 2 λεπτά για να ροδίσει κάθε πλευρά.
Γαρνίρουμε με τα υπόλοιπα βατόμουρα και πασπαλίζουμε με ζάχαρη άχνη.
